In the long wavelength approximation a precise analytical solution representing a non-linear stage in the development of the necks has been found, as well as the energy spectrum of accelerated particles which is represented by the relationship: dN/dE/spl sim/E/sup -2/[ln(E*)]/sup -3/2/, E*=E/Mc/sup 2/(1) being close to the observed spectrum of cosmic rays: dN/dE/spl sim/E/spl sim/E/sup -/spl nu//, (2) for which /spl nu//sub cr/=2.74 in the energy range 10/sup 10/
