Transmission characteristics of a two-dimensional grating for flexible solar cells
A two-dimensional grating for the flexible solar cells is proposed. The transmission characteristics of the microstructure were investigated with rigorous coupled-wave analysis and the results indicate that almost 100% optical absorption could be achieved with the optimized gratings.
