description Multi-agent based simulation (MABS) model is based on a relationship between an individual and a computer program, being possible to simulate an artificial world composed by computational interactive entities. The role of simulation has been progressively acquiring importance in Multi-Agent Systems (MAS). For this reason, a detailed requirement analysis for the specification of computer MABS platforms was developed. This paper aims to present the use of such specification to analyze in a detailed way the platform CORMAS. This analysis aims to detect the requirements that are more developed at CORMAS and investigate the hypothesis that there are a number of requirements that are more or less appropriate for the kind of simulation model developed at CORMAS.
