Zusammenfassung: | For the pH control in lincomycin fermentation is non-linear, heavy lag and time varying, With the advantages of a small overshoot, small oscillation, easy to regulate the parameters and extension, the fuzzy control should be rigorously tested and practiced to get the satisfied control result. Otherwise, it will be presented as typical Bang Bang control, and the system is not stable. a new controller to regulate ammonia addition speed was constructed according to fuzzy control algorithm. With the advantages of a small overshoot, small oscillation, easy to regulate the parameters and extension, the fuzzy control should be rigorously tested and practiced to get the satisfied control result. The simulation analysis showed that the fuzzy controller was very effective with good performance on anti-lag and anti-interference, especially suitable for the regulation of parameters with heavy lag and strong interference. |
