In this paper, we present an overview of prominent research works related to developing QoS ontologies and discuss their advantages and shortcomings. Basing on such analysis, we indicate open issues that need further investigation in ongoing works aiming at developing and using QoS ontologies for Web service discovery, management, and composition. |
