WinDLX and MIPSim pipeline simulators for teaching computer architecture

The paper describes two pipeline simulators which have been developed to support the teaching of computer architecture. WinDLX is at the computer architecture level, MIPSim is at the computer organization level. Both simulators run under MS Windows.
