Integrated optics interferometric devices with semiconductor optical amplifiers for wavelength conversion

During this talk recent developements on interferometric all optical wavelength convertors (AOWCs) using the monolithic integration of Mach-Zehnder or Michelson interferometers on InP-GaInAsP will be reviewed and different type of structures will be compared.
