For testing of pulsers high voltage loads and directional couplers with time resolution of better than 100 ps were developed. The pulsers can operate using both internal and external triggering, output amplitude can be adjusted in range from 20 to 100% of maximum voltage. It is possible to install PC interface to allow remote control over amplitude and triggering. Dimensions of pulse generators with maximum amplitude of up to 200 kV are approximately 500 times 500 times 160 mm, weigh it about 30 kg. 1 MV pulser has dimensions of 1000 times 500 times 200 mm, weight is about 50 kg when the average power is about 1-3 kW.
