description Ubiquitous is defined that any users can discover and execute any services of any devices in anywhere and at anytime. Actually, there are many ubiquitous services such as Jini services, DPWS services and HAVi services. They support different communication protocol and have execution environment. It brings on some problems about discovery and binding of ubiquitous services. A user in one sub-network cannot find and use the services in another sub-network. To be realized ubiquitous, we need broker which support universal discovery and binding protocol and independent execution environment. In addition, it considers dynamic services location and status information. In this paper, we introduce Universal Adaptor in the Universal Services Broker, which support interoperability between any services.
