With application of GIS, non-model professional users can input the key parameters of planning models at the client. The results of the model are expressed in template chart and table at the client. The modelers can calibrate the models with the real-time data to improve the precise of the models. Finally, an case is used to demonstrate the effect of transportation planning model aided design system on simplifying planning process and increasing the precise of models. |
