Zusammenfassung: | This paper presents a 0.6 mum CMOS constant transconductance rail to rail amplifier implementation. A single stage, folded cascode topology is used and an equivalent Zener diode controls the input pair transconductance by redistributing the bias current between the two complementary differential pairs. An analytical model is developed for the input transconductance versus common mode voltage dependence. The output resistance and total voltage gain variation are also presented. The results are checked by SPICE simulation. |
