Zusammenfassung:This paper propose a control algorithm for integrated inverter to maintain desired output voltage waveform when power quality disturbances occur. Most of the reasons of power quality events are instantaneous voltage sag and a momentary interruption. Such, electrical disturbance are the conquered goal in the automated industrial process as semiconductor sites. To solve this problem, a large facility as DVR or on-line UPS is not suited to purpose of Sag compensation to satisfy SEMI-F47. So, we propose the system of compact size to satisfy this provision. Control method of the proposed system is very simple. When sag or momentary interruption is detected, a static bypass switch (SBS) is turn-off and the system generates enough compensation voltage for sag or momentary interruptions. The proposed system has little steady-state error and good transient response characteristic. The proposed system have function of APF (active power filter), UPS(uninterruptible power supply), boost converter at one module. The validity of the proposed scheme is investigated through simulation and the experiment of 5 [kVA] class momentary interruption compensation power supply (MICPS).
