Zusammenfassung:This paper deals with a class of quarter- wave particle accelerator resonating structures. The structure has been modeled as a cascade composed of several transmission line sections. Resonant frequency, total power loss, longitudinal voltage and current distribution as well as efficiency ratio are calculated and discussed. Theoretical results are used in resonator design, and verified using a downscaled model. Using of the presented method is not restricted to any geometry of analyzed transmission line.
