Software defined radio (SDR) technology is used to achieves reconfigurability among different systems. This paper proposes a SDR approach to integrate the various modulations (QPSK/16QAM/GMSK) on a single multimode modulator co-platform which includes the modulation schemes of present wireless communication systems and DVB-T system. By adjusting the parameters of the pulse shaping filter, Gaussian filter and system specification, the proposed scheme can quickly reconfigure modulation mode among different modulation schemes.
