description The CNC tasks scheduling base on the correlate analysis is an efficient approach to improve the utilization ratio of CNC machine tools. The flexibility and stability of algorithm are the main problems of CNC resource sharing, which directly impact on the efficiency of sharing CNC machine tools over Internet. This paper focuses on solving the above problems. First, the characteristic of share-oriented CNC tasks is analyzed, and then the result of correlate analysis is applied to establish the model of CNC tasks scheduling. Second, a novel scheduling algorithm is detailed proposed by development deriving from the advantages of the greed algorithm and tabu search. Finally, the experimental results are given to demonstrate the computational effects.
