The secondary electron emission coefficient of MgO protective layers has been investigated by gamma-focused ion beam system (gamma-FIB) according to the respective O 2 flowing rate. It is found that the secondary electron emission coefficient of MgO protective layer and discharge luminous efficiency are in strong correlation in this experiment. |
