description After a full analysis of the "CDS (cigarette-distribution system)" situation, this paper researched the application effect of RFID (radio frequency identification) in the CDS by comprehensively considering the safety, tracking, visualization and time-effective problems in the process of cigarette-distribution and constructing a new cigarette-distribution mode and its information system model in accordance with GPS (global positioning system), GIS (geographical information system) and routing optimization technology, modeled and analyzed the overall gain and loss in the CDS, and proposed that the earlier enterprises use RFID, the smaller the E (expense) will be spent and the greater the benefit will be achieved along with the more and more significance of time-effective demand.
