Feasibility study on separation of several tens nanometer scale particles by magnetic field-flow-fractionation technique using superconducting magnet

The principle of a new magnetic separation using field-flow fractionation is explained and its basic characteristics are studied by numerical simulation. The numerical simulations show that separation of weak paramagnetic particles of several tens of nanometer scales is feasible.< >
