So this paper suggests the conversion system from UML class diagram to the form of XML Schema which has already become the standard of Internet document and is more expressible than XML DTD. As this we are able to transform and save the UML class diagram that is the standard of modeling language to XML document which is so reusable. Also it is capable to give a flexible method which can make the logical structure of document be represented in various way because of converting to XML Schema.
