Analytical model for calculation of radiation intensity of ultrasonic irradiator having small working surface
Analytical model describing formation of output signal of ultrasonic irradiator with small-size radiating surface is presented. Only transversal oscillations are considered. The model makes it possible to calculate intensity of irradiation for frequencies close and far from the resonant frequency.
