The development of leukocyte counter using fluorescence imaging analysis

Image cytometry centrifugation (ICC) method has been developed to enumerate residual leukocytes in transfusion blood products. Leukocyte counts by the ICC method were found to be consistent with those by the conventional Nageotte hemocytometry.
