description Software development is activity closely connected with requirements. To enable development of software systems that satisfies most of customer demands we propose methodologies for obtaining efficient requirement management infrastructure on software development project. We propose methodologies for requirement discovery and organization according to competence areas available on the project and involved risks. We also propose methodology for managing change of requirements during software development project in order to enable prosperous project conclusion even if major requirement change occurs. Presented methodologies provide means of effective requirement management that can significantly improve quality of complex software systems.
