Il s’agit d’identifier la nature de l’aide recherchée par les adolescent.e.s dans ces forums et de mettre en évidence les discours et représentations qui apparaissent. Le corpus étudié est un ensemble de discussions menées dans le forum Ados.fr dans la rubrique « Orientation ». Les résultats montrent l’importance de la recherche de soutien social et de comparaison sociale. Ils mettent en avant une forme originale « d’expertise profane » des adolescent.e.s à propos de l’orientation, qui est dialogique, argumentative et basée sur l’expérience. |
