Zusammenfassung: | This writing as a production of knowledge, aims to address the initial context of understanding the theme and the relationship between Human Rights and Social Assistance. As well as its importance for education and awareness about social achievements in the areas. Justifying this undertaking that is revealed here, as it is and has an educational and informative bias, in which the path of knowledge anchored in the implementation of conquered rights, can bring visibility to popular struggles built over time. Struggles that are part of numerous social, economic and cultural contexts, such as the right to work, health, education and social security, which must be implemented through the public policies of the States, demanding an active role from the government and citizens. As a research method, it involved the use of a systematic bibliographic methodology, the problematization of reality and the carrying out of interdisciplinary or transdisciplinary discursive reflections. As a conclusion, it inferred the importance of education in the face of the historical processes of construction of rights, making knowledge of this history a key factor in order to raise awareness, expanding the educational spheres on the topic. Education and information are always a social role, whether in Law, Social Assistance, Education or other areas. |
