Zusammenfassung: | Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a growing concept in the organizational field and is focused on the human being's ability to manage emotions, both personal and others, creating harmonious and sustainable relationships. IE is, therefore, an organizational strategy in contemporary times, relating to Knowledge Management (KM) in the coordination of people, in technology, in the processes of the different organizational structures. In this context, the overall objective of this research is to understand and systematize how the academic literature has articulated Emotional Intelligence and Knowledge Management in Organizations. Methodologically, the article consists of a literature review, resulting from the selection of fifteen articles, available in the Scopus database, published between the years 2010 and 2020, found as from the words "emotional intelligence" and "knowledge management". As a result, this paper highlights how the ideas of EI and KM have been mobilized in academic literature, offering an overview of the terms and pointing to the fact that the relationship between emotional intelligence and knowledge management contribute to organizational success. |
