Zusammenfassung:This article investigates essential pedagogical innovations to promote effective inclusive education. It focuses on curriculum adaptation and the use of assistive technologies, highlighting how these strategies reduce learning barriers and facilitate the inclusion of students with special needs. The ongoing professional development of teachers is emphasized, with specific training programs demonstrating a positive impact on teaching quality and educators' ability to handle classroom diversity. Collaboration between teachers, specialists, and families is presented as a key element for developing effective educational strategies and creating a school environment that values diversity. The integration of digital technologies into inclusive education is highlighted for its capacity to improve information access and provide more dynamic and interactive learning. The adopted methodology was bibliographic, analyzing academic works, scientific articles, and reports from the past 10 years, with data collected from recognized databases. Content analysis identified recurring themes and patterns in inclusive pedagogical practices. The study's development addressed three main areas: assistive technologies, teacher training, and active methodologies. Assistive technologies, such as screen reading software and adapted mobile devices, are fundamental in increasing students' autonomy. Continuous teacher training in assistive technologies and active methodologies is essential for the effective implementation of these practices. Active methodologies promote student engagement, adapting to their needs and learning rhythms. It is concluded that combining these pedagogical innovations creates a dynamic and inclusive learning environment, essential for building a more just and inclusive school. The study reinforces the need for institutional support and public policies to ensure the effective implementation of these educational practices.
