description The purpose of this article is to study and analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing combined with acupuncture on the rehabilitation effect and quality of life of elderly patients with sequelae of stroke. This article selected 120 patients with sequelae of stroke treated from October 2017 to October 2019, and randomly divided them into a study group and a control group according to a lottery method, with 60 patients in both groups. Patients in the study group were treated with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training methods, patients in the control group were treated with rehabilitation training methods, and changes in related clinical indicators were observed in the two groups. The experiment showed that the two groups of patients were given different treatment methods. The neurological deficit score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group. At the same time, the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 96.67%, which was significantly better than that of the control group 72.73%. Comparing the data, the difference is significant and statistically significant (p
