Environmental Factors in the Etiology of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder/ Dikkat Eksikligi Hiperaktivite Bozuklugunun Etyolojisinde Cevresel Etkenler

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is a heterogeneous neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity in which genetic, socia land physical factors are influentia land despite the resarches in this field, currently etiology is not fully understood. The aim of this review is to evaluate research on role of environmental factors in the etiology of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, which is attracting more and more attention all over the world. Dikkat eksikligi hiperaktivite bozuklugu, dikkatsizlik, asiri hareketlilik ve durtusellik belirtileriyle seyreden ve yapilan tum arastirmalara ragmen halen etiyolojisi tam olarak anlasilamamis, genetik, sosyal ve fiziksel faktorlerin etkili oldugu heterojen bir norogelisimsel bozukluktur. Bu yazida tum dunyada giderek daha cok ilgi toplayan dikkat eksikligi hiperaktivite bozuklugunun cevresel faktorlerle olan etyolojik iliskisi hakkinda yurutulmus arastirma sonuclarinin degerlendirilmesi hedeflenmistir.
