Zusammenfassung: | This paper reports the experiences of the teaching-service integration developed by the participants of the Education by Work for Health Program (PET-Health Networks) at Victoria-ES, Brazil. The effectiveness of activities to increase the education of health professionals working at the Brazilian Health System (SUS) has been discussed. Changes resulting from the program implementation are described and the openness to multiprofessional experiences are reported with particular emphasis on the success of Genogram and Ecomap in bringing students closer to the territory and users. Moreover, we discuss challenges and weaknesses, such as the difficulty in including PET activities in the healthcare unit's routine as well as the need for a different pedagogical perspective toward professional education to ensure that students are more articulate with the healthcare services' network and to reach out to all students prior to graduation. O objetivo deste artigo e relatar a experiencia da parceria ensino-servico entre os participantes do Programa de Educacao pelo Trabalho para a Saude/Redes de Atencao (PET-Redes) no municipio de Vitoria, ES, Brasil. Discute-se a relevancia das acoes para incrementar a formacao de profissionais para atuarem junto ao Sistema Unico de Saude (SUS). Apresentam-se as mudancas desencadeadas com a implantacao dos programas, relatando a abertura para vivencias multiprofissionais, destacando a experiencia exitosa de utilizacao do Genograma e Ecomapa no processo de aproximacao dos alunos com o territorio e usuarios. Ressaltam-se desafios e fragilidades, como a dificuldade de incorporar as atividades do PET na rotina da unidade de saude e a necessidade de mudancas da perspectiva pedagogica da formacao profissional, de forma que esteja mais articulada a rede de servicos de saude e atinja todos os alunos durante a graduacao.
