The context of match analysis in professional futsal teams in Brazil/O CONTEXTO DA ANALISE DO JOGO EM EQUIPES DE FUTSAL PROFISSIONAL NO BRASIL

Understanding that the context in which the match analysis is carried out remains little explored, our goal was to investigate which information extracted from the match analysis is relevant for the decision making of futsal coaches and analysts. Semi-structured interviews (content analysis) were conducted with six coaches and/or those responsible for analyzing the match. Four themes emerged: training, work structure, work relationships and game analysis. The initial training guarantees the necessary knowledge for the function, which was presented as an activity dependent on human relations, with the coach being responsible for the main choices of what and how it will be done; and the analyst responsible for performing. Entendendo que o contexto em que a analise do jogo e realizada ainda se mantem pouco explorado, nosso objetivo foi investigar quais informacoes extraidas da analise do jogo sao relevantes para tomada de decisao de treinadores e analistas no futsal. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas (analise de conteudo) com seis treinadores e/ou responsaveis pela analise do jogo. Quatro temas emergiram: formacao, estrutura de trabalho, relacoes de trabalho e analise de jogo. A formacao inicial garante o conhecimento necessario para a funcao, que se apresentou como uma atividade dependente das relacoes humanas, sendo o treinador responsavel pelas principais escolhas do que e como sera feito; e o analista responsavel por realizar.
