Zusammenfassung:Impedance spectroscopy is used to measure the temperature dependence of the conductivity of nanoparticles on the example of understudied vanadium pentoxide synthesized in nanopores of glass. The bandgap and specific conductivity of nanoparticles of the V.sub.2O.sub.5 semiconducting phase are estimated. Based on the concept of unshared electron pair and charge transfer, the causes of the narrowing of the bandgap of V.sub.2O.sub.5 localized in glass nanopores are discussed.
