BETWEEN THE HUMANIST TRAINING AND A technicality: LEGAL EDUCATION AND OUTLOOK BACHARELISMO IN BRAZIL--THE DECLINE OF PEEK/ENTRE A FORMACAO HUMANISTA E A TECNICISTA: PERSPECTIVAS DO ENSINO JURIDICO E DO BACHARELISMO NO BRASIL--DO AUGE AO DECLINIO

The Bacharelismo the phenomenon was present throughout the history of independent Brazil. To confirm this statement, just look at the great characters of our history: almost all of them were Bachelor of "Legal and Social Sciences". In other words, the Alumni were present in several major historical moments of our country. They stood out in politics, literature, in journalism, among other possibilities. However, the second half of the last century to the present day, some factors related to the Legal Education paternal, were paramount so that the phenomenon in question no longer had that whole "strength" of yore; and its members were no longer absolute in the social, political and cultural of Brazil. Based on this assumption it is to, through a literature review, reflect on this question: if the implementation of legal technicality, combined with the proliferation of law courses in Brazil, were the most important for the "decline" of bacharelistico phenomenon. Para ratificar essa afirmacao, basta olhar para os grandes personagens de nossa historia: quase todos eles eram Bachareis em "Ciencias Juridicas e Sociais". Em outras palavras, os Bachareis estiveram presentes em varios grandes momentos historicos de nosso pais. Destacaram-se na Politica, na Literatura, no Jornalismo, dentre outras possibilidades. No entanto, da segunda metade do seculo passado aos dias atuais, alguns fatores, relacionados ao Ensino Juridico patrio, foram primordiais para que o fenomeno em tela nao mais tivesse toda aquela "forca" de outrora; e os seus integrantes deixassem de ser absolutos na vida social, politica e cultural do Brasil. Partindo desse pressuposto e que pretendemos, atraves de uma pesquisa bibliografica, refletir sobre essa questao: se a implementacao do tecnicismo juridico, aliada a proliferacao dos Cursos de Direito no Brasil, foram preponderantes para o "declinio" do fenomeno bacharelistico.
