USE - The method is useful in the production of crystal layers or volume crystals from iso-structural group III-nitride or mixtures of different group of III-nitrides through precipitation of fused metal containing group III (claimed). The method is used in semiconductor technology, optoelectronics and high-frequency engineering for the production of semiconductor components. ADVANTAGE - The method increased the conversion of group III metals to group III nitrides in a fused metal containing group III elements (claimed).
