description The actual condition was as follows as results of investigating employment types in vegetable farming. The methods of securing employment were recruiting through job magazines and advertisements and introduction by relatives and acquaintances. The wage levels of the employers were decided according to the contents of work. But, many employers didn't have to the admission of the workmen's compensation insurance for the temporary employment. We investigated about the system which adjusted a systematic offer of a position and seeking a job. The outside supply type was the main stream as the result. We classified the systems with the employment relationship in "helper type" and "supporting type" on the basis of the contract form, labor offer form and contents of support. "The helper type" can reduce employers' economical burden. Though employers' shouldering of his burden of responsibilities becomes necessary, "the supporting type" will be able to rear their personnel management ability.
