Raport arheologic: Lunca/comuna: Vânători-Neamț/județul: Neamț/punct: Poiana Slatinei (2002)

The site of Lunca constitutes one of the important archaeological objectives east of the Carpathians, that the consistent Starčevo-Criș, Precucuteni, Cucuteni, Costișa-Komarovo, Noua, Corlăteni and Canlia depositions, as well as by the material remains belonging to the linear pottery culture, to the transition period to the Bronze Age, to the Daco-Carpians, to the Sântana de Mureș culture, to the 5th – 7th, 10th – 12th centuries and the developed Middle Ages. We drew several sections that continued the investigations of the previous year. We found sherds from various cultures occurring on that site, a fragmentary stone axe, hearth remains, burn, ash, coal, osteological fragments, a.s.o. Stațiunea de la Lunca constituie unul dintre obiectivele arheologice importante de la est de Carpați, care prin consistentele depuneri Starčevo-Criș, Precucuteni, Cucuteni, Costișa-Komarovo, Noua, Corlăteni și Canlia, cât și prin resturile materiale ce aparțin culturii ceramicii liniare, perioadei de tranziție la epoca bronzului, daco-carpilor, culturii Sântana de Mureș, secolelor V-VII, X-XII și Evului Mediu dezvoltat. Au fost trasate mai multe secțiuni care au continuat cercetarea din anul precedent. Au fost descoperite fragmente ceramice aparținând diferitelor culturi prezente pe acest sit, un topor fragmentar din piatră, rămășițe de vetre, arsură, cenușă, cărbuni, fragmente osteologice ș.a.
