All female teachers from the public sector universities of the Punjab were the population of the study. Stratified random sampling technique was used to select the sample from female teachers of co-education universities of the Punjab province. Four hundred and ten female teachers were selected from the total number of 1021 teachers. Four questionnaires were used to collect data. For the analysis of the data, Structural Equation Modeling, and t-test were used. Results showed that job demands and social support significantly related with the work-family conflict and the work-family conflict has significant relationship with psychological well-being. It was recommended that teachers and administrators might be introduced to individual and organizational strategies through trainings to reduce the conflict faced by the female university teachers. |
