A PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF HYDROFLUORIC ACID AND ANHYDRITE

In a process for the preparation of hydrofluoric acid and anhydrite by reaction of fluorspar with sulphuric acid in several steps, the last step consists of heating in an indirectly heated rotary pipe and the energy necessary for heating is added to the pipe predominantly by radiation.
