Zusammenfassung:The invention presents a Smart Transferosomal Synthesis Apparatus. The present invention comprising of a first part positioned at the top of the apparatus, this section houses an air compressor unit with the capability to deliver hot air effectively. A second part, located in the middle of the apparatus, is equipped with a digital display that presents real-time information on rotational speed (rpm), air flow pressure, and temperature. A third part consists of a two-piece round-bottom flask, featuring an upper portion made of plastic or glass up to the neck, which seamlessly connects with a lower portion made of glass or plastic, and a fourth part, located at the bottom of the apparatus, is designed for a water bath to fit the flask, containing heating coils. Further, the apparatus is adaptable for formulating various lipid-based drug delivery systems, including liposomes, niosomes, and drug-loaded films.
