Zusammenfassung:Provided are a qualitative and partitioned CSO regulation, storage and purification system and a purification method. The system is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer; a lower layer region comprises an overflow area, an energy dissipation water distribution area and a sewage purification area that are sequentially connected; an upper layer region comprises the overflow area, the energy dissipation water distribution area and a water storage area; and the upper layer region and the lower layer region share the overflow area and the energy dissipation water distribution area. The water storage area is respectively connected to the overflow area and the energy dissipation water distribution area, used to store sewage in the overflow area, and may enter the energy dissipation water distribution area for purification. The water storage area comprises several water storage chambers for storing sewage having different concentration levels, and the sewage purification area correspondingly comprises several levels of purification areas for grading the sewage having different concentration levels. In the present invention, sewage purification in a regulation and storage tank may be achieved, and subsequent newly-built enhanced treatment facilities are not needed; meanwhile, sewage may be further stored according to different qualities and areas, grading of sewage having different pollutant concentrations is achieved, and improvement in quality and efficiency of a CSO regulation and storage tank is achieved.
