The screening method comprises the following steps that (1), leaves are taken, and genome DNA is extracted; (2), a library is constructed according to a simplified genome sequencing technology Super-GBS method, and after the library is qualified through quality inspection, computer sequencing is conducted; (3), after sequencing data is filtered, screening and verification are conducted, and the 14096 SNP marker sites for accurately identifying six apple rootstocks are obtained; (4), in the 14096 SNP marker sites, thousands of SNP site marker groups capable of efficiently identifying the six rootstocks can be combined according to the types of the rootstocks capable of being distinguished by all the sites; and (5), two methods for simply, conveniently, rapidly and accurately identifying the six dwarf apple rootstocks are developed based on the site markers, and a technical foundation is laid for ensuring that scientific research departments and seedling breeding and orchard planting enterprises accurately identify and control the apple rootstock varieties. |
