NEW ADDITIVE FOR SUGAR MANUFACTURING WITH CANE, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND APPLICATION METHOD THEREOF IN SUGAR MANUFACTURING

A new additive for sugar manufacturing with cane, and a preparation method therefor and an application method thereof in sugar manufacturing industry. The new preparation comprises raw materials of the following weight parts: concentrated phosphoric acid 100, chitosan 0.5-50, and a carrier raw material diatomite 15-90. The preparation method comprises: adding 0.5 to 50 weight parts of chitosan in 100 weight parts of concentrated phosphoric acid, and reacting for 30 to 120 min at a temperature of 8°C to 300°C, and then absorbing the product of the reaction by 15 to 90 weight parts of diatomite. In the industry of sugar manufacturing with cane, the new additive is used to completely replace sulfur dioxide to perform decoloration and clarification treatment on cane pressed juices and mixed juices thereof, and pre-heated and pre-pressed juices, and the new additive can also be used for retreatment of clean juices or syrup.
