Zusammenfassung: | Herewith developed is a simple and for application friendly procedure for obtaining antispasmolytics and holeretics from the group of cumarin derivates, having the general formula (I) Wherein each of R1 and R2 represents: hydrogen atom, C1-4-alkyl, C1-4-alkenyl, C2-5- alkoxycarbonyl, carboxy, ortho-nitrophenyl group, and/or salts or hydrates thereof, by reaction of resorcinol with ester in an inert solvent of pharmacopeial purity. Lower temperature of reaction, work at atmospheric pressure, technical simplicity of purification procedure by transition and isolation in the form of pharmaceutically acceptable salts, output increase, cost-reduction procedure for industrial application, and pharmacopeial purity of product provide application thereof in human medicine.
Razvijen je jednostavan i za primenu pogodan postupak dobijanja antispazmotika i holeretika iz grupe kumarinskih derivata, opšte formule (I) u kojoj svaki od R1 i R2 predstavlja: atom vodonika, C1-4alkil, C1-4alkenil, C2-5-alkoksikarbonil, karboksi, orto-nitrofenil grupu, i/ili njihovih soli ili hidrata, reakcijom rezorcinola sa estrom u inertnom rastvaraču farmakopejske čistoće.
