The composition is applied to a solar cell then cured. The cured product contains a minimal concentration of curing-generated chromophores and resists UV-induced degradation.
Cette invention se rapporte à une composition et à un procédé d'encapsulation de composants photovoltaïques permettant de réduire au minimum la décoloration de l'agent d'encapsulation. Cette composition contient un agent d'encapsulation à base d'éthylène et d'acétate de vinyle, un agent durcissant, un stabilisant anti-UV optionnel et/ou un anti-oxydant optionnel. L'agent durcissant est de préférence du 1,1-di-(t-butylperoxy)-3,3,5-triméthylcyclohexane; le stabilisant anti-UV est du bis-(N-octyloxy-tétraméthyl)pipéridinyl-sébacate et l'anti-oxydant est choisi dans le groupe tri(2,4-di-tert-butylphényl)phosphite, tétrakis méthylène (3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyhydrocinnamate)méthane, octadécyl 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyhydrocinnamate et 2,2'-éthylidène bis(4,6-di-t-butylphényl) fluorophosphonite. Cette composition est appliquée à une cellule solaire, ensuite durcie.
