SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCT FOR PRODUCING DRUG BASES, BASES OBTAINED USING THE SAME AND VARIANTS, AND DRUGS OBTAINED USING THESE BASES AND VARIANTS

The present invention relates to the fields of medicine, cosmetology and veterinary medicine and may be used for producing drugs that are useful in curing various conditions without generating any waste. This invention is used to produce a semi-finished product as well as numerous bases therefrom that keep their properties over a long period of time and contain a large amount of biologically active substances in their nascent state. A semi-finished product for producing drug bases and containing placental matter, a drug base containing the ground semi-finished product of placental matter, as well as a drug containing this placental matter base admixed with a functional additive are already known in prior art. This invention is characterised by the fact that said semi-finished product, base and drug contain the placental matter in a non-traditional state, wherein the placental matter consists of a mass with new structures and is treated with additives that preserve its initial properties and/or promote the penetration of the biologically active substances it contains through the skin and into the organism of a person or animal. This invention also relates to 11 independent variants for producing the semi-finished product as well as to 4 variants for producing bases therefrom, to 7 variants for producing drugs using said bases and to 8 variants for developing the same.
