Se emplea una fermentación en lotes, en continuo o semi-continuo utilizando cepas de Streptomyces clavuligerus ATCC 27064 o sus mutantes. El procedimiento de fermentación se lleva a cabo con un control riguroso del fosfato soluble presente en el medio, tanto al inicio, como a lo largo del mismo. Como fuente de carbono pueden utilizarse lípidos, preferentemente triglicéridos. Se obtienen incrementos notables en la producción del antibiótico.
On effectue une fermentation en lots, en continu ou en semi-continu, en utilisant des souches de Streptomyces clavuligerus ATCC 27064 ou ses mutants. Le procédé de fermentation s'effectue sous contrôle rigoureux du phosphate soluble présent dans le milieu, tant au début que pendant le processus de fermentation. Comme source de carbonne on peut utiliser des lipides, de préférences des triglycérides. On obtient des augmentations significatives de la production de l'antibiotique. |
