L'invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication d'un élément constitué de parties pouvant être séparées pour être ultérieurement ré-assemblées autour d'un autre élément. Ce procédé consiste à prendre des pièces forgées séparées, par exemple une bielle (3, 3') et un chapeau (5, 5') pour les forger ou les emboutir ensemble avant de les usiner. Les surfaces correspondantes des pièces forgées présentent une configuration de type arête-rainure (9) ou bosse/évidement-oeillet (12), ce qui leur permet de s'auto-positionner. Après l'usinage, les pièces forgées sont fracturées le long de leur division initiale pour donner deux pièces correspondantes uniques ne nécessitant pas d'autre traitement avant leur ré-assemblage, par exemple, pour former une bielle pour un moteur à combustion interne. |
