Zusammenfassung: | The method provides for the heating of the processed raw material without access of air at a temperature of 700 to 800`C during one to two hours with subsequent breaking down into products by means of magnetic separation. It is advisable to heat the walls enclosing the processed raw material up to a temperature which is by 100 to 200`C higher than the boiling temperature of the volative components of the raw material. After the heat treatment, the processed raw material is cooled at a rate of 2 to 4 degrees per minute, then ferrous sulphides are extracted by means of magnetic separation at a magnetic field intensity of 1000 to 2000 oersteds and after that copper sulphides are extracted at a magnetic field intensity of 4500 to 6000 oersteds.
Le procede permet le chauffage de materiau brut traite a l'abri de l'air, a une temperature de 700 C a 800 C pendant une a deux heures, ainsi que sa decomposition ulterieure en differents produits au moyen d'une separation magnetique. Il est conseille de chauffer les parois enfermant le materiau brut traite jusqu'a une temperature superieure de 100 a 200 C a la temperature d'ebullition des composants volatiles du materiau brut. Apres traitement thermique, le materiau brut traite est refroidi a une vitesse de 2 a 4 degres par minute, puis des sulfures ferreux sont extraits au moyen d'une separation magnetique avec une intensite du champ magnetique de 1000 a 2000 oersteds puis des sulfures de cuivre sont extraits a une intensite de champ magnetique de 4500 a 6000 oersteds. |
