A display device is disclosed. The display device of the present disclosure may comprise: a display panel; a frame which is positioned behind the display panel and to which the display panel is coupled; a board having a substrate and seated on the frame; and a shield covering the board, wherein the board may comprise: an element which protrudes from the substrate toward the shield and on which the shield is seated, and one of the substrate and the shield may comprise protruding parts which protrude from the one to the other to be inserted into the other, and are spaced apart from each other.
