Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are an SAGD injection-extraction method, apparatus and computer device for a deep ultra-heavy oil reservoir. The injection-extraction method comprises: preheating a horizontal well (10) and vertical wells (20) in a vertical-horizontal combined well network, wherein the vertical-horizontal combined well network comprises a horizontal well (10) and a plurality of vertical wells (21, 22), and the plurality of vertical wells are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the horizontal well; determining whether the preheating treatment is finished or not; and when the preheating treatment is finished, alternately injecting steam into at least some of the plurality of vertical wells, and carrying out SAGD oil extraction by utilizing the horizontal well.
