Aiming at solving the problems whereby an explosive bolt weakening structure has poor wedge load bearing performance and is thus unfavorable for side hanging, and high-speed moving structural parts will be formed during separation to generate strong impact during capturing, the cone-gasket combined impact-reducing connection buffering and capturing device suitable for small and medium tonnage explosive bolts is provided. The device is provided with a ball joint structure to be adaptive to a transfer block so as to convert a wedge load generated by a side hanging connection on the explosive bolt into a radial tensile load, thereby improving the load-bearing performance of the explosive bolt; does not affect the structure and function implementation of the explosive bolt to achieve high reliability; and has good energy absorption and buffering effects, low impact response, and wide adaptability.
