Zusammenfassung:	A cone-gasket combined impact-reducing connection buffering and capturing device for an explosive bolt. Aiming at solving the problems whereby an explosive bolt weakening structure has poor wedge load bearing performance and is thus unfavorable for side hanging, and high-speed moving structural parts will be formed during separation to generate strong impact during capturing, the cone-gasket combined impact-reducing connection buffering and capturing device suitable for small and medium tonnage explosive bolts is provided. The device is provided with a ball joint structure to be adaptive to a transfer block so as to convert a wedge load generated by a side hanging connection on the explosive bolt into a radial tensile load, thereby improving the load-bearing performance of the explosive bolt; does not affect the structure and function implementation of the explosive bolt to achieve high reliability; and has good energy absorption and buffering effects, low impact response, and wide adaptability.
